"Donna new the price range Bill & I were wanting to spend on a new place. She worked very hard in trying to find us something that would accommodate our price range. When she came across a place that would soon be falling out of escrow at a smoking deal she called us first. We appreciated that so much. She informed us that the place was in really in bad shape, but could be made liveable. We looked at the home and decided yes. It would take alot of work, but the price was right. She continued her efforts in moving the deal thru quickly. Bill spent many hours working to make our place liveable. It has turned out really nice. We have spent alot of time cleaning up the yard as well. The price was within our boundaries and we are very happy in our new home. To mention further, when we sold previous home, we had it listed with another realtor. When the listing expired we changed realtors and hired Donna. She explained to us that we should list our home at a higher price than we previously had it listed at because
she felt the home was worth more. More money sounded better and she did it by a $50,000 profit. We were able to re-invest in our new place that needed so much work, pay off debts, and still have cash left over to play.... Thanks Donna!!! Your terrific...

"I made a decision to buy some land in Arizona city and put manufactured homes on these lots to sell. I didn't know any realtors in the area so I decided to search the web. I found Donna and hired her. She has been very helpful and honest. I would highly recommend her as she takes her job very serious.
